How to login

Step 1:
To login to your school portal, visit your school link e.g
ibbuiceel.edu.ng/
coeminna.edu.ng/
https://nigerconursingsciences.edu.ng/

Step 2
On the menu, click on “Apply Now” or “Student Registration”.

Step 3
You will be redirected to the Student login page, fill in your information to login.

NOTE THAT:
You can login with the following details:
Username: E.g AS/SCI/16/0001 (your MAT NO)
Password: E.g 0000

If you are still unable to login, kindly send a text containing your Matric No. to this line 08142411717, to reset your password

How to register a course

Step 1:
On the admin dashboard select Course Reg.

Step 2:
A list of courses will be displayed, select all the check boxes and click save changes

Step 3:
A list of the selected courses will pop up, click submit


NOTE:
You can select courses based on level. Select tabs based on your level

 

How to print exam card

Step 1

On the Student Dashboard, click Exam Card

Step 2

A list of courses will be displayed base on your current semester.

 

Step 3

Click the Generate print button to print your exam card

How to make school fee payment

Step 1

On the Admin Dashboard, Click on Payments

 

Step 2

Click on Generate invoice

Step 3

Select a fee to pay for and click on Generate

Step 4

If it’s successful, the invoice details should appeared. Click on make payment.

Step 5

Confirm your payments details on the next screen

Step 6

Click on pay

Step 7

This should generate an RRR, copy the RRR for reference purpose, and click on continue.

Step 8
You will be redirected to Remitta’s website to make payment.

Step 9
After successful payment, you should be redirected back to your profile.

Step 10
The payment details should show successful. Click on Generate print to download your payment receipt

 

 

How to view the previously registered courses

Step 1:
On the admin dashboard select Course Reg.

Step 2:
A list of courses will be displayed, click view previous course reg

Step 3:
You will be redirected to all courses registered page

Step 4:
Select the dropdown based on year or semester to view courses

 

How to requery a failed transaction

Step 1
On the Admin Dashboard, Select payments

 

Step 2

Click the Requery Payment Button

 

Step 3

You will be redirected to see all invoices, click the requery button to requery any failed transaction

How to update bio data

Step 1
On the Admin Dashboard, Select the dropdown icon near your name

 

Step 2

Click Profile on the dropdown menu

Step 3

Fill in the necessary details in the form and click save changes

How to reset password

Step 1
On the Admin Dashboard, Select the dropdown icon near your name

 

Step 2

Click Settings on the dropdown menu

Step 3

Fill all the necessary details in the form and click save changes

How to view student activity

Step 1
On the Admin Dashboard, Select the dropdown icon near your name

 

Step 2

Click Activities on the dropdown menu

Step 3

You will be redirected to view all Activites performed in the system
